Return Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

At Balario, your satisfaction matters. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from www.balario.com.
  • Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

2. Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@balario.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, reason for return, and product photos.
  • Our team will review and arrange pickup if eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Orders exceeding 7 days from delivery.

4. Replacement

Eligible returns will be replaced with the same product. If unavailable, store credit may be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by Balario if the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Otherwise, the customer bears return shipping.
