Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, no refund will be issued, even if the product is canceled post-shipment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only:

• If an item is out of stock before dispatch.
• If a defective or wrong item is delivered and cannot be replaced.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. To cancel, contact us at support@balario.com immediately with your order number.

5. Delivery Timeline

All confirmed orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

6. Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to Palakkad, Kerala jurisdiction.
